Chris was living and working in the Silicon Valley from the early 90’s, doing such things as telecommunications, data networking, cabling, high speed internet for hoteliers, network security and more.
Chris had the opportunity to move to beautiful Cache Valley, and settled in Logan Utah. Chris chose this location to start a new business doing what he had done for years. He understood that there wasn’t enough competition and tech savvy in the valley. So here is where he chose to setup shop. Operating as Ball Telecom from 2005-2009, he teamed up with Paul DuRee from Tech Specialists, Northern Utah’s leading electronics repair facility (www.tech-specialists.com). Together Chris and Paul created Cache Telecom Voice and Data Systems.
Combining the stability, capital, and knowledge of Tech Specialists crew, and the high tech operation of Ball Telecom, and the excellent customer base located mostly in Cache Valley, Cache Telecom has become the premier service provider for this community.
Now Cache Telecom has branched out with new services including but not limited to, hosted IT services, hosted VoIP business class telephone services, network security services, back-up and disaster recovery solutions. Container & Packaging Supply, Inc. (CPS) has been a family-owned distributor of containers since 1987. Over the past few years, CPS has used three different VOIP services. In 2008, dissatisfied with the reporting capabilities and real-time statistics provided by their phone service, they began to look at other VOIP products.
